中華電信榮獲台灣企業永續報告獎金獎

中華電信出版的第五本企業社會責任報告書(請參閱網址：http://www.cht.com.tw/csr/rpt_down/anr-2011.html)，記載了全體同仁的努力，再度榮獲2012 Taiwan CSR Awards台灣企業永續報告獎電信業金獎，台灣大哥大獲得銀獎、遠傳電信新秀獎。

國內外評鑑機構從經濟、環境與社會三個構面之策略、承諾，評量企業社會責任。
經濟面包含：公司治理、風險與危機管理、行為準則、顧客關係管理、品牌管理、創新管理、供應商管理、網路品質、隱私權保護等。
環境面包括氣候策略，碳排放、用電減量目標、水資源管理、能源效率、生態效率、氣候變遷機會與危機。
社會面涵蓋勞動實踐與人權、人力資源發展、人才吸引與留用、企業公民慈善活動、職業健康與安全、數位包容、電信服務的影響、利害關係人參與。
